Terms and Conditions: Amazon Prime Voucher

These terms and conditions apply to the Amazon Prime Voucher issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs) under the brand name of Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Voucher").

• An Amazon Prime Voucher is a prepaid payment instrument that can be used to purchase Amazon Prime memberships (3-months, 12-months, Prime Shopping edition or Prime Lite plan) or Amazon Pay Anytime Gift cards (inactive zero value gift card) from Amazon.in. An Amazon Prime Voucher has an expiry of 12 months from the date of activation, subject to applicable terms. An Amazon Prime Voucher cannot be transferred or cancelled once it is issued (please reach out to the issuer (Pine Labs) for any assistance in this regard). Additionally, as per Amazon business guidelines, Amazon Prime Vouchers cannot be claimed on Amazon Business accounts.
• This offer is valid only for eligible cardholders of SimplySAVE SBI Card
• Offer applicable only when payment is made using SimplySAVE SBI Card
• Offer validity: 1^st July 2025 to 31^st July 2025
• For customers having an existing Amazon prime membership, customers can still redeem the Amazon prime voucher purchased via this offer before the next renewal/plan expiry date (voucher validity is 365 days)
• If Customer is currently an existing Amazon Prime member, he/she can stack the voucher to buy a full prime membership (3M or 12 Months) on his plan expiry. Customer can stack only once. 
  For eg., A customer already having an existing Annual Amazon Prime Membership and an already stacked 3 Months Prime membership purchased from elsewhere, receives the above offer. Subsequentially, h/she purchases a voucher using above offer. H/she will be able to add this purchased voucher only after the expiry of the existing Annual Membership AND the stacked 3 Months Prime membership.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
• Amazon Prime reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
• SBI Card shall not be responsible in case of any concerns or queries regarding the functionality & usage of the link shared with the customer or any other concerns regarding the Amazon Prime subscription so redeemed its extension etc. For any queries/ assistance:
  • Customer can call 080-69806393 or drop their queries to Qwikcilver Operations team amazoncorporders@pinelabs.com and there will be a ticket created on the system and automated response goes to the customer.
  • Qwikcilver Ops team will validate the ticket and extract the report from the system and respond to the customer on the same ticket
  • ETA would vary depending upon the type of query raised. But any generic issues will be responded and solved within 24-48Hrs
  • Vouchers once purchased successfully cannot be cancelled/refunded
  • While raising requests, users should always share Reference ID starting with 6014 for Qwikcilver to help with any query. Alphanumeric claim codes are confidential and should be shared with anyone.
• Qwikcilver, Amazon, or their affiliates are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
• Amazon.in logo/trademark is an IP of Amazon or its affiliates and the Qwikcilver trademark/logo is an IP of Qwikcilver.
• Qwikcilver reserves the right to change these Voucher terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law
